MISSOURI OSHA 10 HOUR CONSTRUCTION TRAINING LAW
OSHA 10 hour training is now mandatory for workers on certain publically funded construction site in Missouri. HB 1549 was signed by Missouri Governor Matt Blount on July 8, 2008, and contains a provision requiring that all employees working for contractors or subcontractors on "Public Works" construction projects in the State of Missouri receive OSHA 10-hour construction safety training within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the project.
You can obtain your OSHA 10 hour construction training card via online training that you can take on the computer, or if you have a large group, you can have an OSHA authorized outreach trainer come to your site to conduct the class for your group.
